After surveying Allied Health and Community Support services staff on what your concerns are at work, your union steering committee created a list of suggested improvements to your working conditions. These are called a Log of Claims.
Your bargaining team last met with management on 8 March where your delegates presented an overview of your log of claims (Link) to management and commenced presenting and overview of your claims. So far, delegates have strongly advocated for equal pay with Uniting Care Health. Although Blue care has acknowledged your value and hard work they are not expected to respond for some time. Over the coming meetings your delegates will continue to work though the items on the log of claims.
