These actions have been carefully designed to disrupt the normal operations of Ramsay, without compromising patient care or violating any laws.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

This draft log of claims was discussed at the state-wide meeting on Monday 4 October and it was decided to place the log of claims out to you and other Together union members for endorsement. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 20px;"&gt;This is your opportunity to think about your conditions of employment and have your say.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>
