Your delegates continue to negotiate with Blue Care.
Despite 3 weeks having passed between the last 2 meetings, Blue Care is yet to make formal responses to a majority of your claims.
They have said no to the improvements you sought in paid parental leave, recreation leave, superannuation, WorkCover make-up pay and redundancy payments.
Despite attending numerous meetings so far, Blue Care still claim to not fully understand some of the claims which is extraordinary given the amount of work your delegates have gone to in order to explain exactly what it is they are seeking on your behalf.
